Gladys Oleta Rickard - Born Gladys Jones on January 8, 1928, Gladys was taken home to heaven to be with her beloved husband Bob on January 27, 2008, where she was reunited with her family. Gladys is survived by her three sons Dewayne (Deanna), Michael (Erin), and Bradley (Julie), brothers Lawrence Jones, Sam Jones (Stephanie), and Marshall Jones (Peggy), sisters Pauline Boatman, Peggy Kee (Bill) and Janie Jervan (Dennis), grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a Viewing on Friday, February 1, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary. A Funeral Service celebrating her life will be on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 12:30 p.m. at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary, 301 S. Main St., Sebastopol, 829-5433. A Graveside Service will follow at Pleasant Hills Memorial Park, 1900 Pleasant Hill Road, Sebastopol. Gladys spent her life devoted to her family and truly lived the family motto of, â??family comes first.â?
