Gloria P. McCarthy - Passed away on January 15, 2012 in Petaluma. Devoted wife of Thomas McCarthy and the late Glenn Adair and William Radford. Cherished mother of Gael Grove, Colleen Adair, Patrick Adair, Earl Radford, Stephanie Lincoln, Lynn Barton, Thomas McCarthy, Jr., Sharon McCarthy, and Lisa Harding. Adored grandmother of nineteen and great-grandmother of seven. Gloria was born in Spokane, WA, but reared in Palo Alto and Chicago. She graduated from Dominican College in 1949 with a degree in Art. Exercising her gift, Gloria painted with oils as well as tole painting. She also worked as a fashion coordinator for Modern Eve and as a model for I. Magnin & Co.
