Grace Johanna Madsen

It is with great sadness that the family of GRACE JOHANNA MADSEN announces her passing on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at the age of 100 years. Grace was predeceased in death by her beloved husband Darrald "Hap" Madsen and adored grandson, Keith Gardner. Grace will be lovingly remembered by her children, Clarice Gardner (Dan), Marcia Marsh (Ron), Rodney Madsen (Dianne), Cindee Presar (Greg) and Larry Madsen (Kathy). Grace will be forever missed by her adoring eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by her devoted friend and caregiver, Mere Lakuyara. The family wishes to thank Mary McCaffrey for her friendship and many years of bringing weekly communion to Grace. This was a blessing that Grace looked forward to always. Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass, Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma. Memorial donations in memory of Grace may be made to Hospice of Petaluma, 416 Payran St., Petaluma, CA 94952. Private Interment. Funeral Mass
