(Thomas) Faust of Rohnert Park, CA. Adored grandmother of two. Loving sister of Peter Johansen of San Francisco. Also survived by one nephew. A native of San Francisco and lifelong California resident, age 79 years. Grace was a member of Star of the Valley Catholic Church, the Oakmont Garden Club, the Oakmont Music Appreciation Club and the Santa Rosa Republican Women"s Club. Grace will be fondly remembered for her brave, strong and gentle nature, as well as her love of animals, especially her beloved cat, "Max"
