Helen Marie Malone

Helen Marie Malone, 77, of Petaluma, CA, passed away in her home on September 21, 2026, surrounded by her loving friends and family, after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.

Born on April 4, 1949, in Petaluma, CA, Helen touched the hearts of those around her with her remarkable courage, strength, resilience, and kind spirit. She will forever be an inspiration to those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Helen graduated from Petaluma High School in 1967 and went on to become a Cosmetologist and part owner of King’s Beauty Salon, where she served her clients for over 50 years.

Helen was the beloved wife of John Malone, with whom she shared 46 wonderful years. She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Malone, her treasured grandchildren, Michael Malone (Laura Gomez) and Madalynne Malone, her mother-in-law Lily Malone, her sister-in-law June Drotos (Louis Drotos), and many cousins and lifelong friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Vincent Terribilini, her mother, Zelma Angelina Terribilini (Lanzi), and her brother, Frankie Terribilini. Helen leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth.

She was known for her kindness, generosity, love for animals, and superb culinary skills. Helen's presence was a blessing to all who knew her. Her spirit will forever bloom in the hearts she touched.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Helen’s name to the UCSF Ovarian and Gynecologic Cancer Research Fund.
