Hilda (Mozzetti) Heil

Hilda Heil (Mozzetti) - Born in San Francisco on Sept. 9, 1918 and raised in Petaluma. She passed away on July 4, 2007 peacefully after a short illness at age 88. She let behind her loving husband of 54 years, Richard Roy Heil, daughter and son-in-law Helene and Michael Fuller, daughter and son-in-law Patricia and Daryl Thornhill, granddaughter, Cassidy Thornhill as well as her sister Madeline and late brother-in-law Emil Poncia, brother and sister-in-law Almo and Tosca Casella, the late sister and brother-in-law Olga and Ulysses Conti. She also left behind numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Petaluma Garden Club as well as a member of the Redwood Chapter of Good Sam RV Club. She loved to volunteer at Wilson School at her granddaughterâ??s class. Her greatest passions in life were family, cooking, traveling, gardening and reading. She is deeply loved and will be deeply missed. Friends and family are invited to Visit on Monday, July 9, 2007 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA (707) 763-4131.
