HOLLAND WAYNE WILSON passed away on July 8, 2013 in Santa Rosa. Cherished father of Michael Wilson of Vallejo and Scott Wilson (Rachel) of Lompoc, CA. Adored grandfather of Avery and Olivia Wilson of Lompoc, CA. Devoted son of Jane Wilson of Santa Rosa and the late Gilbert Wilson. Adored brother of Carolyn Wilson of Valley Ford, Marilyn Geney (Steve) of Petaluma, Gary Wilson (Lorinda) of Santa Rosa, and Garland Wilson (Debbie) of Sebastopol. Survived by his dear friend mother of his children, Debra Mae Wilson, and numerous nieces and nephews. Age: 56 years. Holland was born in Santa Rosa, but reared and educated in Sebastopol, graduating in 1975 from Analy High School. He worked for 29 years as a truck driver for PepsiCo, where he made many friends along his route. As sports enthusiast, he loved his Dallas Cowboys and LA Dodgers. Holland was most known for his friendliness to everyone, his wonderful wit and sense of humor, and his generous heart: he was an all-around great guy! His battle with cancer over the last two years was a tough one. But, to the very end, he kept on fighting, trying to beat it. Holland was a wonderful man; he will be truly missed. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at 1:30 PM at the Sebastopol Veterans Memorial Building, 282 High St., Sebastopol. Private Inurnment. Family assisted by PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Petaluma.
