Born Inge Friedrichsen in Drelsdorf, Germany, she met and married Hans Maass and after his passing, she married Christian Carstensen, who passed away in 1990. Beloved mother of Christel Wilson (Burt) of Los Angeles, Hans H. Maass (Janet) of Ogden, UT, Inga Constantini of Cotati, Jens P. Carstensen (Terren) of Petaluma, and the late Eric Maass. Mother-in-law of Marie Maass and the late Edgar Constantini. Adored grandmother of 17, great-grandmother of 25, and great-great-grandmother of 5. Predeceased by 7 brothers and sisters. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews in the US and Germany. Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral Service, Friday, April 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Petaluma, 416 Payran St., Petaluma, CA 94952. Private Interment: Cypress Hill Memorial Park. Age: 97 years.
