Irene Carlson

Irene Carlson - Beloved Wife and Mother and Friend died peacefully at age 87. She is survived by her loving children, Barbara Lynch, Carol Sword, Ralph Carlson with Grandchildren, Babette Lynch, Jaime Bach, Laura Kalmon, Mathew Carlson, Great Grandson, Jacob Carlson and Niece, Linda Colby. Irene was preceded in death by husband Kenneth Carlson. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011 at 12 Noon at Parent â?? Sorensen Mortuary and Crematory, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. Burial at Cypress Hill Memorial Park, Petaluma. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Community Church, 150 Professional Center Dr. Suite B, Rohnert Park, CA 94928 or Wheels on Wheels, PPSC Senior Lunch Site, 211 Novak Dr., Petaluma, CA 94954 or the Cancer Society. She was born in Mandal, Norway and survived World War II in Germany. She came to the US and started a new life in San Francisco where she met and married Kenneth Carlson from Petaluma. They enjoyed a long loving marriage.
