Irene Lou De Martin

Irene De Martin passed away on August 29, 2014. Beloved daughter of the late Ray and Edna Ronsheimer. Devoted wife of William "Bill" De Martin. Cherished mother of Jim De Martin, Matthew De Martin (Linda) and the late Michael De Martin. Adoring grandmother of Nicholas, Hayley, and Justin De Martin. Loving sister of the late Raymond Ronsheimer. Caring sister-in-law of Shirley Ronsheimer, John Petersen and the late Arlene Petersen. Irene was a lifelong resident of Petaluma and was a descendent of the Ronsheimer, the Miller, and the Hagedohn families, all of which were pioneer families of Petaluma. She was 77 years of age. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 35 Liberty Street, Petaluma, CA. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Vigil Service at 6:00 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma, CA. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the De Martin-Ronsheimer Fund c/o the Petaluma F.F.A. or to a favorite charity.
