Irma Marie Costa - Irma Costa passed away in Santa Rosa on March 24, 2009. Devoted life-partner of Ronald Schmidt of Petaluma. Cherished mother of Deborah Ayers and her husband Dan of Jackson, CA and Rick Costa and his partner Christian Schurmann of Petaluma. Loving grandmother of April Anderson and great grandmother of Taylor and Carter Anderson. Dear sister of Diana Mayton, Connie Brewster, and Rose Dorry. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A devout Catholic, Irma was a long time parishioner of St. James Catholic Church. She was a bookkeeper at Wide World of Shoes and Ramatici Ins. Co. Irma enjoyed volunteering at Hospice of Petaluma (Sack's)Thrift Store. The family would like to thank Vintage at Brush Creek for their kind and compassionate care.
