Dr. Jack Curtis - Born in Brea, CA on April 21, 1921 and died December 9, 2010 at Palm Drive Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Naomi, three children, Howard, Mary Clare and Theresa, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at St. Philip Church in Occidental on December 15th at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Philip Food Program, P.O. Box 339, Occidental, CA 95465.
