JAMES D. JEFFERSON passed away on August 6, 2013 in Santa Rosa. Devoted son of the late Teresa and Donald Jefferson, Sr. Beloved brother of Donna Jefferson of Santa Rosa and Donald L. Jefferson, Jr. of AZ. Survived by one nephew, three nieces, and three grandnieces.
Age: 62 years.
A Memorial Service will be held in Arizona. Memorial contributions may be made to the City of Hope Annual Giving, 1055 Wilshire Blvd. #1200, Los Angeles, CA 90017. Private Inurnment.
