James Thomas "Jim" Wilson Jr.

Jim Wilson Jr of Petaluma, born on March 11 ,1956 at Selfridge AFB Michigan to Frances and the late James Wilson Sr, passed away at age 62 on March 31, 2018 at home in Petaluma. Jim is survived by his mother Frances, sister Lori Toland, brother Greg, sister-in-law Tammy Wilson; and nieces and nephews.  He also leaves behind his greatly loved dog, Foxy. He was a volunteer at Petaluma Chamber of Commerce for more than 25 years and at the Petaluma Library. He attended the Sr Center Art Class where he created many beautiful ceramics and paintings. His travels included NY, AZ, Japan, Mexico, and Hawaii. Those who wish may donate in Jim’s name to Hospice of Petaluma. Jim was born paraplegic and spent his life in a wheelchair. Rest in peace my love and go forth where you couldn’t go before.

Friends and family are welcome to attend a memorial service Monday April 23 at 11am at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary and Crematory in Petaluma.
