Janice M. Ramatici - Passed away suddenly, Saturday, March 24, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife for 54 years of Donald P. Ramatici. Adored mother of Donna Ramatici, Susan Powers and her husband, Tom, Joan Johnson, Paul Ramatici and the late John Ramatici and his wife Michelle. Cherished grandmother of Andrew and Taylor Samuelson, Elizabeth and Daniel Powers, Michael (Albertine) , Steven (Julie) , Peter and Mark Johnson, Brianna and Jennea Ramatici, Kylie, Jake, Natale Ramatici and Brittany Freitas. Great grandmother of Madison Johnson. Loving sister of Marjorie Neal and her husband, Al and the late Frank Nickson Jr. Loving sister-in-law of Stan and Evelyn Ramatici. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Jan was a gracious lady making everyone feel welcome and appreciated. She was an incredible woman who loved going to the opera, taking music classes, playing the piano, gardening, traveling, especially, with the Day Trippers. Jan was also active at St. Vincent de Paul Church, a member of the Board of Directors of Petaluma Educational Foundation, Petaluma Community Guild and the Tea Basket Ladies of the Red Hat Society. However, her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 from 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Magnolia Ave. and Keokuk St., Petaluma. The Vigil Service will be at 6:30 P.M. at St Vincent de Paul Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma. Family and friends are also invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Private Entombment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma.
