Dorothy Jean Posey, artist/painter, originally from Atlanta, Ga., and long-time San Francisco resident passed away from natural causes Monday January 10, 2023. Jean loved art, cats and music. She is survived by her sisters and their families: Lynn and Jim Perkins of Franklin, Tennessee, Leah Posey and Frank Wilson, and Pamela Posey of New Haven, Ct. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the following organizations in Jean’s name, https://www.sfspca.org, http://www.feralcat foundation.org, or https://diabetes.org.
