Jerry Urban - Passed away on March 9, 2012, the same day he was brought into this world 70 years ago. He leaves behind his loving wife Joanne. Unforgettable father of Ed, Mike, Jake, and Jessica. Treasured father-in-law of Kelly, Renee, Angie, and Robert. Adored grandfather of 7. Brother and best friend to Larry.
Jerry touched many lives and will be missed by all.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY AND CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Sutter Home Care Patient Assistance, 1110 N Dutton Ave., Santa Rosa, CA 95401.
