Sister of Justin (Lacey), Jerry (Melissa), Joey (Janie), Julianna, Janessa (Travis Blow) Tarca. Aunt of Jacob, Jayden, Jordie, Jackson, Carter Tarca and Jordyn Blow. A native of Petaluma, CA, Age 34 years. A graduate of Petaluma High School Class of 2000. Visitation will be Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. The Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 pm at the mortuary. Family and friends are also invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Friday, April 22, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. James Catholic Church, 125 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Petaluma. Memorials are preferred to Oakland Children's Hospital. Visitation
