John Guiddy

John Guiddy - Beloved husband and father went peacefully with God on February 14, 2009. Born, August 24, 1934 in Jeanette, Pennsylvania. He joined the Marine Corp in 1953 and was honorably discharged in 1955. He married in 1958 and came to California with his wife Patricia. A Vigil will be held on Friday, February 20th at St. James Church, 125 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma, at 7:30 pm and a Funeral Mass and reception on Saturday, February 21st, at St. James Church at 11:00 am. The family prefer memorials be made to Hospice of Petaluma or your favorite charity. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia; daughters, Cynthia Morris (Rhett), Cheryl Simer (Brian) and Crystal Schattie (Christopher); grandchildren Michael, Heather, Trenton and Trevor; also sisters Genevieve Gurnick and Sylvia Higgins and sister-in-law Betty Guiddy.
