John Joseph Martinson

Passed away in San Rafael, CA, November 1, 2017, beloved husband of Jaccie Martinson of Point Reyes Station. Loving father of Robynn Kuhns (Richard) of Denver, CO. Cherished grandfather of Ellena Kuhns. Dear brother of Mike Martinson (Susan) of Sacramento, Janice Davis (Glenn) of Cotati and Sherri Adams (Richard) of Petaluma.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

John was born in Morton, WA, lived with family in Oregon until moving to West Marin when he was 8 years of age. He was educated in Point Reyes and graduated from Tomales High School.  He was well known being the UPS driver in West Marin for 37 years until his retirement, as well as owning and operating the Golden Hinde Boat Shop for nearly 47 years. John was a member of the Inverness Yacht Club.
