Loving grandfather of of Jonathan Beretta and his wife, Sara of Avondale, AZ and Jennifer Ross and her husband, Christopher of Petaluma. A native of St. Helens, Oregon. Age 88 years. John was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and Petaluma Council # 9 Y.M.I. A Funeral Liturgy will be Monday, March 19, 2007 at 4:30 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Petaluma, CA. Private interment, Calvary Catholic Cemetery. The family prefers memorials be made to St. Vincent de Paul Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma, CA 94952.
