John Pedro Nunes

Passed away on December 22nd, 2020 in Petaluma at the age of 72. He is the devoted father of Brian, Jason, and Elizabeth Nunes. The adored brother of David, Bernadette, and the late Antonio and Joe Nunes. The beloved husband to the late Felismina Nunes. As well the long-time partner of Pam Matott. He was born on September 11th, 1948 on the island of Sao Jorge, Portugal. He served in the Portuguese military, and later immigrated to the US, where he worked as a dairy man in Sonoma County for some time. He began his landscaping business a few years later, and has now been in business for over 35 years. John was a hard-working, family-oriented man, with a fantastic sense of humor. He made lasting impressions on those he interacted with. He will be incredibly missed by all. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
