Joleen Marie Mckay

Longtime resident of Sebastopol, Ca Joleen Marie McKay went to her rest on March 16th in Santa Rosa California. Joleen resided in Sonoma County her entire life. She was the daughter of John and Annetta McKay who predeceased her. She is survived by her only sister, Mary Ann McKay, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Joleen's hobbies were cooking and crocheting items for friends and family. She was a loving, caring person who always took care of her family, friends and loved her animals. Joleen was a recent member of the Sons of Italy, Petaluma Chapter. In addition for many years she was both a member and on the board of directors at the Hessel Grange #750. Joleen worked for many years in the office and store with her cousin Linda Santero at Vista DeLago Farms. Her most recent job was a sales associate in the Fabric-Crafts department at Walmart in Rohnert Park. Visitation will be held at Parent Sorensen Mortuary in Sebastopol, from 5:00pm-8:00pm with a rosary at 5:30pm. There will be a funeral mass on Saturday March 28th at 1:00pm St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Sebastopol. In lieu of flowers please send a donation to your favorite charity.
