Joni Ann Kelly

     Joni Ann Kelly passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on July 19, 2025. Born in San Rafael and raised in Novato, Joni attended San Marin High School, where she met Jim, the love of her life. They recently celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary. In 1982, the couple moved to Petaluma, where they built their dream home and raised their daughters, Jenni McIsaac (Jimbo) and Jessi Jensen (Jerrad). Joni cherished her four grandchildren, Joey, Jamie, Luke, and Henry, who affectionately called her "Cookie." As a devoted grandmother, she never missed a moment with them. 

     Joni spent many years as a home health caregiver, touching countless hearts with her kind soul and caring personality. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Moncheck and Jane Skover. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Hospice, who provided invaluable support to her in her final days.
