Josephine Frances Graham

Passed away in Petaluma, CA, January 14, 2017, at the age of 104 years. Wife of the late Marcus Graham. Mother of the late Warren F. Katen. Josephine is survived by her daughter-in-law, Patricia Katen of Petaluma. Loving grandmother of Vicki Mello (Albert) of Santa Rosa and Matt Katen (Margaret) of Livermore. Cherished great-grandmother of 5 and great-great grandmother of 2. Preceded in death by her 7 siblings. A native and life-long resident of Petaluma, CA.

Josephine worked over the years at the Poultry Producers, day care, and sold Tupperware. She was a member of the Penngrove Grange #740 (15 years); Ladies Auxiliary of Eagles (65 years); Holy Ghost Society of Novato and Petaluma; Sons of Italy and was one of the founding parishioners of St. James Parish.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Petaluma.  The Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 pm at the mortuary.  Family and friends are also invited to the Funeral Mass, Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 10:30 am at St. James Catholic Church, 125 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma. Private interment, Calvary Cemetery.  The family prefers memorials be made to Hospice of Petaluma or to your favorite charity.
