Joyce Brown

Joyce Elaine Brown August 19, 1944 - June 27, 2022 Joyce Elaine Brown, 77, returned to her heavenly Father on June 27, 2022. Joyce was born on August 19, 1944, in Los Angeles, CA to the late Wilbur and Julia Witbeck. Joyce's family moved from Los Angeles to San Francisco when she was six years old. Joyce graduated from Lincoln High School in San Francisco in 1962. Joyce married Ronald W. Brown in 1963. They were happily married for 58 years. Joyce has now gone to join the love of her life, Ron, who passed away in October of 2021. Joyce loved Jesus and enjoyed sharing God's love during Sunday school. She was an avid quilter and loved sewing. Joyce is survived by her three sons, R. Scott (Rachelle), Timothy (Tonia), and Stephen (Leanne); sister Marilyn Witbeck of Charleston, West Virginia, and brother Frank (Pam) Witbeck of St. Helena, CA; her seven grandchildren, Timothy, Jr., Justin, Michael, Kaitlin, Dylan, Rachel, and Drew; and four great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held at Santa Rosa Memorial Park, 1900 Franklin Ave., Wednesday,July 13th at 11:00 am followed by a Celebration of Life at Santa Rosa Bible Church, 4575 Badger Rd.
