Juanita H. Ashe

Juanita H. Ashe was born on September 27, 1931. Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend went on to be with her husband (1997) and our Lord on June 11, 2025, at 7:45am.

She leaves behind to mourn her loss, six children: Marvin M. Ashe, Jr., Vance E. Ashe, Jon Mark Ashe, Nancy L. Osmun, Susan J. Allen, and Rhodesia A. Ashe; six siblings, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She also leaves behind a multitude of close friends. Juanita grew up in Atlanta, GA. She served in the United States Air Force and later retired from a long career as an employment counselor working for the Employment Development Department (EDD) in San Francisco. Juanita's efforts to make every community she resided in a better place for all will be sorely missed.

Memorial service is scheduled for June 28, 2025, at 11:00am at Parent Sorensen Mortuary; 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma 94952. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or your favorite charity organization.
