Judith Ann Donovan

Judith Ann Donovan (nee Frechette) January 19, 1953 – July 29, 2024. Judy passed away at home in Petaluma at approximately 11:30 p.m. Born and raised in San Francisco, Judy came from large family who were blessed with many loving memories.

Judy and Bill were married in 1972 and shared fifty-two years dedicated to each other. She was beloved by friends and family and will be remembered as a devoted mom who always put her loved ones before herself and kept a warm, welcoming home. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, especially her three adoring grandchildren who lovingly called her “Juju.”

Judy managed Video World, a family business in Santa Rosa, which she co-owned for almost twenty years.

Judy is preceded by her father Bob and her mother Lois. She is survived by her husband Bill; her children Melissa, Jeanette (Ben) Perry, and Billy; her three grandchildren, Reese and Donovan Perry and Lucas Donovan; her siblings Dee Dee Sarraille, J.L. DeKom, Toni Evans, and Robert Frechette; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary: 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma, CA 94952.
