Passed away at home in Cotati, CA., June 26, 2015, beloved wife for 71 years of John P. Fomasi. Loving mother of Marlene Baxman (Ron), Janice Berry (Geo), Ray Fomasi (Laurinda) and Carol Ward (Joel). Cherished grandmother of Tom Baxman, John Baxman, Cindy Hunter, Holly Berry, John Fomasi, Gina Ramey, Carly Ward, Jacob Ward, Trevor Ward and the late Amy Baxman. Great grandmother of 7. Devoted sister of Minnie Corda, Martha Caletti, Domingo Maffia, Alice Cristani, Genny Mazzetta and the late Leo Maffia, George Maffia, Louie Maffia, John Maffia and Elsie Hansen. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native of Petaluma, CA. Age 91 years. Visitation will be held Monday, June 29, 2015 from Noon to 5:00 PM at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. Family and friends are invited to attend the Vigil Service, Monday evening at 7:00 PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 150 St. Joseph Way, Cotati, CA. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Committal will at Sebastopol Memorial Lawn. The family prefer memorials be made to Memorial Hospice or Oakland Children's Hospital.
