A resident of Petaluma, CA, Kenneth (Kenny) Joseph passed away at the age of 95 in his home. He was admired by those lives he touched along the way.
Kenneth served in WWII in the Army. He was a retired firefighter, helping to save many homes and buildings in his own backyard, during a fire that swept through Chileno Valley. He was burned in that fire and retired, going on to get his real estate license and become a mechanic. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and seeing some sights traveling.
Kenneth was preceded in death by both his parents; two brothers, Wilbur and Vincent; his oldest son, Michael; and wife, Lily.
He is survived by his loving children: Nancy Brians (Dennis), Janet Joseph Kelly, and Dan Joseph (Mary). Grandfather of: Amber, Kim and Matt Brians, Brian and Kendall Kelly, and Jason and Jennifer Joseph. Great-grandfather of six. He is also survived by his sister, Helen Lemos; long-time friend, companion and neighbor, Marilyn Petersen; and stepson, Bryan Solem. He will be greatly missed by all.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Weds., August 24, 2022 from 11am-8pm and on Thurs., Aug. 25 from 10:30-11am, and a funeral service at 11am, immediately following at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary. Burial to follow at 12pm at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Petaluma.
