Laverne Mcdole

When God gives life to a baby, the love created in the mother and the baby includes on Earth and in Heaven. LaVerne’s real mother Kathryn, went to Heaven when LaVerne was only 8 years old.  LaVerne’s daughter Kerry went to Heaven six days before her 5th birthday in 1975. LaVerne’s daughter Kerry and LaVerne’s mother Kathryn have been waiting in Heaven all these years for LaVerne to come to them.  LaVerne is both the daughter coming home to her mother and the mother coming home to her daughter. Oh Joyous day in Heaven that brings 2 Mothers and 2 Daughters together again. LaVerne, Kathryn and Kerry are together now in Heaven.  Be happy and wait for us there, until we can come to you and all be together again forever in Heaven.

LaVerne said, “Thank you to all my family and friends for sharing a part of your life with me.  For caring and laughing and crying and just being there.  I loved you each with all my heart.  I wish I could have stayed a little longer to give each of you a little more love but the Lord called me home.  I am up here in Heaven now where there are only happy tears.  Please send your love to me and be happy for me here, do not cry for me down there.  My daughter Kerry, mother Kathryn and sister Louise are here with me and we will all keep our Angels Watch over you.”    All My Love to Each of You,

LaVerne Davida McDole was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 1, 1944 and went to Heaven from Stanford, California on January 28, 2022.  Her husband Jim, and daughters Melanie and Colleen were with her when she left for Heaven. LaVerne is survived by her husband of 57 years Jim McDole and Jim’s sisters Jorene Cicero and Patty Stephens, and their families.  LaVerne and Jim gave life and love to their daughters Kelly, Kerry, Melanie and Colleen.  LaVerne shared a special love with her sister Louise Gingrich and Louise’s only child, Joey Perrino.  Her daughter Colleen gave her a wonderful son-in-law, Keith McCoy, and two beautiful grandsons, James and Jake McCoy.  Colleen and Keith’s marriage also joined the two families together, the McDoles and the McCoys. And now, James has brought his wife Daisy into our family as well.

A memorial will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church 19 Perry Road Lee, Illinois 60530 Saturday June 11th  at 12 noon Luncheon at 1pm.
