Lawrence "Larry" Fuller

Lawrence (Larry) Fuller, born and reared in Petaluma, unexpectedly passed away in San Rafael on February 7, 2017.  Beloved husband of Karen Fuller.  Cherished father of Deborah Verke, Joe Fuller (Gail), Susan Letcher (Dean), and Katy Verke (Todd).  Beloved grandfather of Jena Wilson (Howard), Matthew Verke (Kelly), Alyssa Martinez (Magdaleno), Lindsey Nelson (Zachary), Ryan Verke (Amanda), Ashley Letcher and Bryce Letcher.  Doting great-grandfather of Isabella Martinez, Lacie Verke, Rylie Verke, Ava Wilson, Ellie Nelson, Alina Martinez, and Savannah Verke. Caring brother of Melvin Fuller, Patricia Gravesen and Dennis Fuller.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Mary & Thomas Fuller, siblings Eugene Fuller, Elmer Fuller, Elaine Shimel, Pauline Pickle, Marie Frates and grandson Jordan Verke.

He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and trapshooting. He belonged to the California Indians Men’s Shooting Club, USI Shooting Club, Martinez Gun Club and was a lifetime member of the NRA. He enjoyed telling stories about his experiences and teaching others about the great outdoors.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The family prefers memorial contributions be made to United Anglers, P.O. Box 5897, Petaluma 94954-5897.
