Lena Braden (Nee) Mcginnis)

Lena Braden (nee McGinnis) - Lena M. Braden, loving wife of the late Roland C. "Tubby""" Braden passed away March 16, 2009 at home one day before her 93rd birthday. Her parents were the late Henry and Mary Eickmeyer of Cotati. Her brothers Henry, Carl and George preceded her in death. Her sister Martha Nunes also passed away. Lena lived all her life in Cotati. She attended Cotati Grammar School and Jr. High and graduated from Petaluma High School, then worked 10 years for Poultry Producers in Petaluma in accounting and secretarial. "" At her request, no services will be held. Donations can be made to the Cotati Historical Society, P.O. Box 7013, Cotati, CA 94931. Interment at Cypress Hill Memorial Park, Petaluma, CA. She was first married to the late Ralph E. "Mack""" McGinnis, former fire chief of the Cotati Fire Protection District. Son Gary McGinnis (deceased) lived in Idaho. Her beloved daughter Jeannie Ennis resides in Loomis. She is also survived by granddaughter Julie Nidros of Fairfield, grandson Mack Nidros of Wheatland, grandson Mike McGinnis (Denise) of Bonners Ferry, ID and Jenny Kast (Dave) of Elbe, WA. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren. ""
