Leona Kneale

Leona Kneale - A lifelong resident of Santa Rosa, Mrs. Kneale passed away at her home on August 20, 2009. Beloved daughter of the late Ira and Frances Jones. Devoted wife of the late Sherwin F. Kneale. Beloved mother of Sharon Naomi Brown and Leonard T. Kneale. Adored Grandmother of Kenneth W. Brown, Steven D. Brown, Kathleen L. Ragusa, Diana L. Brown, David A. Brown, Chris K. Kneale, Joel D. Kneale and Nichele Berry. Cherished great-grandmother of Marena C. Ragusa, Chris K. Kneale, Jr., Jake Kneale, Cody Kneale, Theresa Berry, Samantha Berry and Ava Kneale. Caring sister of the late Velma Gilmore. She was a longtime member of the Sebastopol Grange and the Forestville Rebekah Lodge. Mrs. Kneale loved to work in her garden. As a child she was frequently taken to school by Luther Burbank. She was 99 years of age. Friends and family are invited to attend a Graveside Service at Sebastopol Memorial Lawn, 7951 Bodega Avenue, Sebastopol, CA on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 1:00 P.M.
