On Saturday January 4, 2014, with his loving family at his side, Lee Dolcini went home to our heavenly father. He was 62 years old.
Lee was a devoted husband for 41 years to his wife Cindy and a proud and adoring father to his daughters, Catherine Dolcini, Janine Dolcini-Caldwell (Shane) and the late Sara Dolcini. He was a cherished grandfather to Izabelle, Karlee, and Collin Caldwell and uncle to Sydney Dolcini and great uncle to Corbin Dolcini. Adoring son to Reba Dolcini and the late Leroy Dolcini Sr. Loving brother in Law to Karen Pecor and loving friend to Amarette Ficco. He is survived by his siblings Harry and Eugene Dolcini and sister Karen Panfiglio along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lee's love for his family and friends showed in everything he did, from working all his life to preserve the family ranch to helping anyone when they needed it.
Over the years he enjoyed bowling, motorcycle racing, playing baseball and his annual involvement with Farmer's Day at the Sonoma-Marin Fair. But mostly enjoyed his hunting and just visiting with family and friends over a cold beer.
His passing leaves us broken hearted with an emptiness that can never be replaced but we will cherish our memories forever.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. Family and friends are invited to attend the Vigil Service, Wednesday, at 7:00 pm at St. Vincent de Paul Church and the Funeral Liturgy on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 10:00 am.
