Leroy Allen Fuller

March 2, 1929 — June 20, 2015

LeROY ALLEN FULLER passed away on June 20, 2015 in Bellevue, WA at age 86. He was born in Petaluma, where he lived until 2002. LeRoy was much loved for his zest for life and love of family. He was predeceased by his wife, Betty, his son, Marvin Fuller, Sr., grandson, Timothy Fuller, Jr. and sisters, Lola Landi, Madeline Miller and Ruth Annis. LeRoy will be deeply missed by Timothy and Carol Fuller (son and daughter-in-law) of Petaluma, Candice and Melvin Woodworth (daughter and son-in-law) of Bellevue, Jane Fuller (daughter-in-law) of Ukiah, Joan Holybee (sister), Richard Fuller (brother), and Robert Fuller (brother). He found happiness in knowing that he was "Pop" to 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, and "Uncle Sonny" to numerous nieces and nephews. For over 50 years, LeRoy was a heavy equipment operator and a member of Operating Engineers Local 3. He worked for Hein Bros Rock Quarry, Ball & Simpson Contractors, and retired in 1991 from Asbury Construction. LeRoy will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of animated objects and movies, enjoyment of fishing, delight in eating steak, and his kind and selfless heart. Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral Service, Wed., July 8, 2015 at 10:30 am at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. A Visitation will be held on Tues., July 7, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to Toys For Tots, Wounded Warrior Project or a charity of your choice. Entombment: Cypress Hill Memorial Park, Petaluma.
