Leslie M. Jacobsen

Passed away suddenly, January 30, 2017 in a Santa Rosa hospital at the age of 60. Loving father of Timothy Jacobsen (Madeline Santos) and Katie Cerini (Andy) all of Rohnert Park. Cherished grandfather of Hailee and Brooke Jacobsen and Ellie and Jake Cerini.  Dear brother of Alan Jacobsen (Gail) of Petaluma and the late Janice Baggett. Uncle of Carolyn Sola and Kevin Cook, as well as numerous other nieces and nephews. Son of the late Ralph and Audrey Jacobsen.

A native of Petaluma, CA.  Les enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family. He was a truck driver for 40 years, currently working with Sunrise Farms.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service, Monday, February 6, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. Interment will follow at Cypress Hill Memorial Park Funeral Service
