Lillian E. Reichmuth - Passed away on March 21, 2009 in Orinda, CA. Devoted wife of the late Andrew I. Reichmuth. Cherished mother of Carolyn Braden (Flash) of Moraga, Ronald J. Reichmuth (Paula) of Santa Rosa, and Dolores Moore of Orinda. Adored grandmother of Brittany, Lilia, Sophia, Katerina, Marisa, Andrea, Lindsay, Andrew, and Olivia. Loving sister of Lee Mattei, Henry Mattei, and the late Aurora Vachini, Siro Mattei, Eva Eklund, George Mattei, Juanita Hall, and Walter Mattei. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age: 89 years. Lillian was born, reared, and educated in Santa Rosa. She moved to San Rafael for 9 years to be with her sister Eva, but finally moved to Cotati when she married Andrew in 1947. Lillian worked as a nurseâ??s aide of 25 years in Santa Rosa at a rehabilitation hospital. An avid gardener, she grew all of her own vegetables. Lillian loved to can, particularly her specialty, raspberry jam. She was a tremendous baker and made pies every week for her parish. Above all else, Lillian loved her family, grandchildren and had great conviction in her Catholic faith.
