Lynn Conklin, Rn

Passed away in her sleep on August 11, 2013 at the age of 62 years. She was the daughter of Patricia Thole Conklin and the late Robert Conklin, Sr. Sister of Robert Conklin, Jr. (Darlene), aunt of Brett and Rob Conklin, great aunt to Riley, Maggie, Robby, and Mia Conklin. Niece of Karen and George Thole of Stillwater, MN. Lynn is survived by her beloved bulldog: Bruno. Lynn was born, reared, and educated in Petaluma; graduating from Petaluma High School in 1969 and St. Joseph School of Nursing in 1973. She retired in 2001 after a long and rewarding career nursing beginning at Petaluma General Hospital, Hillcrest Hospital and ending her career as an Emergency Room Nurse for Petaluma Valley Hospital, as well as liaison nurse with the hospital and the Sonoma County Emergency Services and Petaluma Fire Department. She was a member of Gold Ridge Chapter #161 OES. A Funeral Service will be on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. Private Inurnment: Cypress Hill Memorial Park.
