Manuel Alexander Valdez

Manuel Alexander Valdez passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2021 in Santa Rosa.  Devoted son of Maria Teresa Neves (Antonio) of ID and the late Jesse Valdez.  Beloved brother of Lijia and Silvia.  Adored step-brother of Gary, Jamie, and Frank.  Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Manny was born in Tulare, CA on August 29, 1989, but he and his family moved to Sonoma County when he was 12 years old.  For the past six years, he worked at Hansel Honda in Petaluma as a finance manager.  He enjoyed his work and the people he served, making him great at what he did.

Outside of work, Manny enjoyed and embraced life and what it had to offer.  He was a free spirit who loved to ride his motorcycle and spend time with his friends and his dog, Remington.  He was a talented musician and singer and was an active and dedicated volunteer with the Lusitania Band of the North Bay.  He could play almost any instrument, including the guitar, clarinet, accordion, piano, and bass.  Above all, Manny loved his family and friends.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
