Marie Janet Gibson

Marie Gibson passed away peacefully at home in Rohnert Park, CA, on February 28, 2018.  Marie is survived by her grateful children, Rich (Tara), Mark, Annette (Scott), and Mike (Jeanene), eight cherished grandchildren, her loving brothers and sisters-in-law, and many exceptional family and friends. Marie was born on January 5, 1938, in Point Reyes Station and attended high school at Tomales High. She was a long time employee and retiree of the National Park Service and FEMA. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 6 , from 11am to 7pm , and Rosary from 7-8 pm , at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary in Petaluma. Funeral services will commence on March 7 at 11am , at Sacred Heart Church, in Olema. Burial to follow at Olema Cemetery. Donations to Hospice By The Bay, in lieu of flowers, are sincerely appreciated. Visitation
