Mark Edward Evart

Mark Edward Evart - Of Chesapeake, VA, died February 16, 2008 after a prolonged illness. Mark was born January 14, 1939 in Grass Valley, CA. to Vida Bradley Evart and Henry (Dutch) Evart who were long-time residents of Petaluma, CA. Graduating from St. Vincent High School in 1956, Mark went on to earn his B.S. Degree at SFU in 1960, married the former Susan Rossi of Petaluma, then was commissioned a lieutenant in the U.S. Army after completing ROTC. Mark was a 32 year employee of the Kellogg Company before retiring in 1994. Survivors include brother, Brad Evart, and sisters Sue Walker and Ann White. He is also survived by his children Ross, Mike, Diane, Kevin and Shawna as well as 8 grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, February 22, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA.
