Marlene Lucille Perry

MARLENE L. PERRY passed away on September 26, 2013 in Petaluma. Devoted wife of James Perry of Petaluma. Beloved mother of Mara King (Alan) and Marcy Davis (Charlie). Cherished grandmother of Nicole Charles (Nick). Adored great-grandmother of one on the way. Loving sister of Anita Leitz, Glennette Starsiak, Peggy Webb, and Glen Shaffer. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age: 73 years. Marlene was born in Antioch, but reared and educated in Pittsburg, graduating from Pittsburg High School. She married Jim on May 27, 1960 in San Francisco and together they enjoyed over 53 years of marriage. For 35 years, Marlene worked as a senior trust officer. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed being a member of the women's golf club at Windsor, Bennett Valley and Rooster Run Golf Courses. Marlene also enjoyed playing bingo. Above all, she loved her family; she will be greatly missed. Private family services will be held.
