Martha Yoneko Taniguchi - Passed away at home in Sebastopol, CA, July 19, 2008, beloved wife of Hiroshi Taniguchi. Loving mother of Dennis Taniguchi of San Mateo, Brian Taniguchi of Sebastopol and Darren (Donna) Taniguchi of Sebastopol. Adored grandmother of Rene, Morgan and Hailey Taniguchi all of Sebastopol. Beloved sister of Roy Uyeda, Charles Uyeda, Marilyn Ito, Albert Uyeda all of San Jose and the late Yuriko Furusho and Charlotte Uyeda. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native of Milpitas, CA. Age 83 years. A member of Enmanji Buddhist Temple. Mrs. Taniguchi served for 15 years on the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Fair. She served on the flower show, budget and finance, concessions, agriculture and executive committees. Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service, Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 4:00 P.M at the Enmanji Buddhist Temple, 1200 Gravenstein Hwy. So., Sebastopol, CA.
