Maximiliana Rodriguez

Maximiliana "Maxi" Rodriguez - Maxi passed away on July 31, 2011 at her home in Petaluma, that she shared with her beloved son; Osbaldo, and his partner Mark, whom she loved as a son. She will be greatly missed by her children; Osbaldo (Mark Arnold) Espinoza, Erendira (David) Sullivan, Rafael (Flora) Rodriguez, and Hermila (Ronald) Gonsalves. Cherished grandmother of Maria Nagle, Aida, Emilio, Francisco, Elsie Iniguez, Mila Chaname-Hahn, Oscar Chaname, Ana Peoples, Karla, Miguel, Karina, Rosa, Rafael Rodriguez and their spouses. Devoted great-grandmother of 28 and great-great-grandmother of two. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends she had made through her long and happy life. The family is grateful to Petaluma Valley Hospital and Hospice of Petaluma for their kind and compassionate care and assistance. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma. Interment: Cypress Hill Memorial Park, Petaluma. Maxi loved her family and life and had a very unselfish nature. These qualities led her to raise and nurture her ten grandchildren as if they were her own. Her entire family was the center of her life.
