Michelle Ann Ducousso

MICHELLE ANN DUCOUSSO passed away peacefully at home in Santa Rosa on March 8, 2018 at the age of 53 following a brief, courageously fought battle with cancer.  She is survived by her siblings Thomas, Linda, and Marie Ducousso; sister-in-law Deborah; her niece Victoria, and great nephew and nieces, Aiden, Camryn and Bree Brown.  Michelle was preceded in death by her loving parents, Thomas and Ruth Ducousso; her brothers, George and Paul Ducousso; and her nephew, Brendan.  Dear friend of Mary Beth Williams.  She is survived by numerous friends and extended family.

Michelle was born in San Francisco, the youngest of six children.  She attended Holy Name of Jesus School and Star of the Sea Academy.  A lover of nature and animals, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Sonoma State and her Teaching Credential from Dominican University.  She was passionate about science and the environment.

The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to her dear friend, Suzanne Porter, and to Redwood Regional Oncology & Palliative Care and Memorial Hospice for their devoted care and support.
