Ovid Maurice "Chic" Rey

REY, OVID "Chic" MAURICE - Passed from this life on Saturday, May 9th, at the age of 101, to find peace with the Lord after sustaining an accidental head injury. He is survived by his son Jeffrey and daughter Suzanne and his extended family. He was born, first generation Italian, in Scranton, PA on February 22, 1914 and was a resident of Santa Rosa for 49 years. He was a world traveler and retired from the US Air Force as a Major after 20 years of service. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, May 16th, 2015 at 11AM at LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL (4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95409) with Pastor Dean Davis Officiating. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
