Patricia Ann Lemme

LEMME, PATRICIA ANN "PAT" - Entered into rest, peacefully at home in Santa Rosa, CA on June 30, 2013. Dearly beloved fifty-five year wife of Richard "Dick" Lemme of Santa Rosa. Loving mother of Bill (Ana) Lemme, Maryanne (Bert) Morehead and Bob Lemme. Adored grandmother of Will, Maryalice, Joshua and Daniel. Cherished great grandmother of Elijah. Also survived by her sister; Sharon (Dick) Lopez and her brother; John (Ann) Connolly, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A native of Livermore, CA, age 76 years. Pat has been a resident of our community for the past forty-eight years. Private family services will be held. Private inurnment; St. Helena Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions in Pat's name be directed to Hospice by the Bay (#17 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd.; Suite 100, Larkspur, CA, 94939) or to the charity of the donor's choice.
