Patricia Anne Vachini

Patricia Vachini, 73, of Petaluma, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 15.

Born to parents Chris and Bonnie Baseheart in Owensboro, KY, she grew up in Novato, CA. A graduate of Novato High School and Sonoma State University.

Survived by her husband of 51 years Donald; sons, Chris (Michelle), Matthew, Jason, and daughter, Angela Fogg (Brian); grandchildren Domenic, Sophia, Dante and Bianca Vachini and Cali and Emma Fogg; sister Vicki (Sharon) and brothers John, Jeff (Pam) and Tim plus numerous nieces and nephews.

A talented homemaker for many years, she raised her 4 children then, helped with the family restaurant business, taught CCD at St. Vincent de Paul church for 30 years and was the activities director at Petaluma Peoples Service Center for 17 years.

Bringing sunshine and goodness to all with her radiant, signature smile and giving nature, she was ever grateful for the blessings of faith, family and friendships.

Services will be held on Tuesday, September 26 at St. Vincent de Paul Church at 11:00 a.m. There will be a vigil and rosary at 6:00 p.m. the evening prior at Parent Sorensen Mortuary.
