Paul Molinari - What a full and complete life, Paul Robert Molinari led. He died peacefully on January 7, 2009 with his loving children at his side. He was born October 3, 1920 in San Francisco, California and lived his childhood on a ranch in Bennett Valley. He helped raise chickens and milked cows and talked of his many adventures with his city cousins who came to visit. Then came his marriage to the love of his life, Margaret Saccato and their travels to Mississippi as newly weds and then off to serve his country in WWII. After the war, he returned to Santa Rosa and his wife and raised three children, Diana, Robert and Maryann. His professional life was working worked for Sonoma Title and Guarantee. They were married for 64 amazing years. They were very active at Saint Rose Parish, where Margaret served as secretary. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and The Italian Catholic Federation. They will be both be missed for their kindness, and loving hospitality. A dinner around the Molinari Family Table will not soon be forgotten. He spent the last eight years living in Grass Valley to be near Maryann who lovingly took care of him in his last chapter of life. He lived at High Gate Senior Living where he made many new friends, there and in the Grass Valley community. His sense of humor, his generosity and his kindness towards his family and friends will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his wife Margaret Saccato, his father Andrew Molinari, his mother Fulda(Clara) Giancoli Molinari, and brother Raymond Molinari.
He is survived by his daughters Diana Wilkinson of Scottsdale Arizona, Maryann Molinari Rampy of Grass Valley and his son, Robert A. Molinari of Placerville. He will always be remembered by his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Jeffrey, Ariana, and Adrian. He also had two great grandchildren Joey and Anna.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Monday, January 18, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Rose Catholic Church, 398 10th Street, Santa Rosa, CA. A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2010 from 11:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. with a Vigil Service at 6:00 P.M. at the Lafferty and Smith Colonial Chapel, 4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95409. Entombment will take place on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Santa Rosa, CA.
